Little Miss Abigail Sue

March 6th was a big day for us. We had a BABY! And it ended up being a girl! Little Miss Abigail Sue was born at 7:53pm weighing in at 9 lb 7 oz and 20.5 inches long. She was so small she slid right out. I don't recall pushing but once and that was just because some one said push. Otherwise she would have slid right on out on her own. She did make all the doctors and nurses jump and set a possible speed record of decent in the birth canal (around 1.5 minutes). They barely had time to grab her. And yes she had a very sick tummy last night due to all the birthing stuff she swallowed. So she stayed all night in the nursery spitting it all up while I spent it trying to sleep, but instead being awakened often by the nurse. She already has Joseph wrapped around his finger. So we had to have a talk, I don't take competition for my man's affections very well (hehehe). Even though you can't tell in these photos she came out with a full head of hair. It looks like she just came from a salon, it's black with brown and blonde highlights. (For those of you wondering where the black hair is from, I was born with a full head of black hair that soon fell out and turned blonde).
